Need help with iphone screen

Hello,

I'm thinking of buying an iphone 6s with a broken screen. The seller says that the phone can be powered on but there is no display. It's 64 GB, unlocked, there is no icloud lock. I can change the display myself, but I don't have any on-hand and I need to wait at least 3 weeks to get one delivered.

Is there a way to test the iphone without a working display?

Any help would be much appreciated.
