1. You don't need 16GB of RAM ^_^

2. You can cheap out on the case if you want.
3. Logitech has better mice for lower the price ^_^

4. You don't need a Hyper 212 EVO unless you live in somewhere like the Philippines (where you'll be roasted both irl and online)
5. Reroute your money to your CPU for an i5-6600 and you're good to go ^_^

Just my 5 cents

Apologies on the delayed response. Anyways, I've edited the build to work with your suggestions. Again, this should definitely be able to perform most AAA games on medium - high graphics, right? Another question, is the "Logitech G502" referring to this mouse: http://gaming.logitech.com/en-ca/product/g502-proteus-spectrum-rgb-gaming-mouse ? Thanks :)

Revised build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/YfKVYr

P.S. I'm keeping the 16GB of RAM and the cooler, just helps me sleep at night.

Okay I can live with you retaining the RAM and Cooler. If it means helping you sleep at night xD

Err the G502 has two variants, Proteus Core and Proteus Spectrum. The former is cheaper but the latter is RGB so pick one based on your taste. If you're running a blue build, the former is ok enough.

You're not overclocking so why the 6600K? 6600 only should be fine. Also, I forgot to mention this but unless you plan to set up RAID anytime in the future, downgrade to B150.

You can reallocate the budget from the motherboard and the non-K processor to your case or whatever piques your interest ^_^

Apologies on the continuous questions, just one more. Would you suggest the Corsair 200R ATX case for the previous build? It's advertised well on their website, so it seems like an excellent choice to me. However, you seem to understand computers more than I do, so I wanted to acquire your opinion. Thanks again.
