Boot issue

A black screen appears after my bios, but before my windows boot, it lasts about 15-20 seconds but I eventually get into windows 10. I've been trying to fix it for weeks without any improvement. I tried installing windows onto a different drive and it still showed the black screen before I got into windows. My specs are; i7 6700K, msi z170a sli plus, 32Gbs of G.skill ddr4, samsung m.2 950 pro ssd which has the operating system on it and a 500gb samsung evo, don't have a graphics card yet because I'm waiting to get my hands on a gtx 1080. any help would be great

You mean bios as in POST right?

Well the time (15-20 seconds) between the POST and the Windows boot could be your Motherboard trying to boot from other media.
Have you set the Windows OS drive as first priority?

Yeah it's first priority, I disabled everything else.

Have you disabled Network/Lan boot?

I see the msi bios screen pop up for about 5 seconds, then in the top left corner it says hdmi and sits there at a black screen for a delayed time. Them windows 10 load screen will start showing

Yes

The only thing it shows in my boot priorities is my os drive

The black screen also has a white bar in the top left corner flashing
