I'm building a pc in some time and i'm going to go with the Asus Rampage V Edition 10. And i saw on their site that a way to do a sli is to put the first GPU on the first PCIe 16x slot , and then on the 3rd PCIe x16 slot. The question is can this bridge reach to the third slot and connnect the both cards? https://www.amazon.com/ROG-Enthusiast-2-Way-SLI-Bridge/dp/B013HKXSQ2/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1467147041&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=sli+bridge+2+way+long+asus I don't like going with other brands but my GPU's for the sli bridge.

There are two PCI-e slots between those cards :Þ

EDIT: This means there's two slots required inbetween those cards before the SLI-Bridge will fit.

No , there's only 1 in between the cards. The other slot is just a reflection.
