Helping a coworker pick out a build, could you guys give it a once over?

He wants to be able to play most if not all game out there at console or better settings,he also plans to play minecraft with lots of mods.

 

His budget is $700 max.

don't need a z170 board with a non-k cpu since you wont be able to oc with it. get a better psu if possible. wait for the Rx 480 for $200 if possible.

Well i had picked them for upgradabilty.

 

Could you suggest a good cheaper h170 board? So i can put the saved money towards a better PSU.

just get the cheapest mobo with the features you need, h170 boards aren't much cheaper than an entry-level z170 board.

I changed you build a little bit to not only max the budget,but also to change out the ram and storage,because he wanted 16GB to allocate 6-8GB of ram to minecraft, he also didn't mind a 120GB SSD and want more HDD space,he plans to only put his OS and mabye one game on the SSD.
