I needed a Windows 7 ISO and couldn't find one so I had to download one from some website that seemed a little shady, Anyway to test it out I installed it into a virtual machine and when I logged in for the first time it had a text document on the desktop which I know it shouldn't. Is there a way where I can go through the ISO that I downloaded( I have PowerIso installed) and find where this is located then delete it from the ISO and install that ISO as I feel if I open it or something it may cause malware or something to the computer when I open the file.

Why not just get a different ISO entirely from a trusted source...

I couldn't find one. I spent like 2 hours looking for one. Also just for knowledge

You can download an ISO directly from Microsoft's site here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

Unless you're unable to in which I guess you have an OEM key or something
