Four months ago I purchased the following PC :
Cpu: i5 4690k
mobo: Gigabyte Ga z97 d3h
ram: hyperX savage 8 GB (2x4) 2400 Mhz
gpu: G1 gaming gtx 970
alim: thermaltake 630 watt 80 plus bronze
Hd: western digital blu 1 TB
case: zalman z11 neo
os: windows 7 Professional

And I have a problem with the processor, in some video game like TW3 , lags heavily although I have 53-56 fps when CPU touches 97% and I know perfectly that it's not normal this value , because the GPU remains at 56-60%, Furthermore the processor reaches a temperature of about 70 °, and if I want to play i need to put settings lower than those used by my friends who have an old vga. The processor has the sink stock and it is not oc, I do not understand what the problem is.
I play in 1920x1080 at 60 Hz
-I did not oc
-I tried reinstalling the drives
-I have the stock fan with the thermal paste of stocks already positioned

Stock cooler won't give any nice temperatures.

Check if any other process is taking up CPU resources in the background.
