Help trying to build pc

I am building my first New budget build PC the components will be...(Cpu: AMD x4 860k)(Gpu: zotac gtx 750ti)(HD:wb blue 1tb Hd) (psu: ultra 600 watt)(Ram: crucial ballistic sport 8gb)(Mb: GIGABYTE GA-F2A68HM-H)(case: ROSEWILL SRM-01) I don't know if this is a good build or not. I'm kinda on a budget though.

tht specific amd processor will heat like hell even i n idle consider an aftermarket cooler like the tx3 evo or 212 evo...

i7 4790,zotac nvidia gtx 960,16 gb ddr 3 corsair vengeance,cm b600 v2,gigabyte h97md3h,2tb seagate+2tb wd,samsung 20",asus xonar dg + 5.1 creative,sennheiser hd202,cooler master elite 311,apc rs 1000g,logitech c270,xbox 360 controller for windows and d link wifi router..

and dont get tht 750ti its old now....get a gtx 950 or 960

yes...7 series is old now...get a 9 series...my 960 runs great on 1080p..playing witcher 3 on high :)
