Hey, I am in need for a RMA of my GTX 980 MSI because I've recently starting noticing some FPS drop in my games, I checked the card and one of the fans not to work, I loaded GPU-Z and the temps are 90 Degree Celcius constant while on csgo at lowest graphics, I searched on the MSI website, but I see nowhere to request a RMA, can someone please help? I purchased the card less than a year ago.

You probably need to clean the fans and change the thermal paste.

Do the fans appear to be spinning like they should?

Your performance is going down because the card is slowing itself to avoid overheating.

Yes I know it slows it self, but the fans are clean and everything is fine, I put the GPU in like 6 months ago (from new)

Probably something you can fix. But if you really want to just RMA, I believe this is where you'd start: https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/rma_form.aspx (For the USA)

I am in the UK :(

Ooo, that'll take some googling. After a brief search, I found that there's no service center in the UK, so you'll have to send it to the netherlands or something.

You'll have to look into it further.

That was my problem, but what the actual fuck? Like how is there no damn service in the UK? It's not that small of a island, I get it , it's not in the EU, but still? aha jokes aside I really need to get it back to work as I get 45fps in CS:GO @ Lowest settings possible..

Well, start by changing the thermal paste. Endless tutorials on youtube for that. Linus Tech Tips might even have one. "change GPU thermal paste" should get good results.
