First Build Planning

I already have a case and my budget for the remaining parts is 800$. I will be building in probably a little bit more than two weeks. I'm having a difficult time choosing which GPU to buy since there doesn't seem to be anything good for around $300. I'm thinking that maybe I should cut back on some of my other components so I can go all the way and buy a 1070 but I'm not sure since it's price seems to be inflated as of right now. Should I consider waiting and buying a 480? Speculation suggests that it will be pretty badass.

Good one, but if ur doing a K cpu you could try getting a Z170 mobo and overclock as the H170 won't.

Some ASrock boards "unofficial" support overclocking, their Hyper series. But intel doesn't allow it.

Oh I completely forgot about that. The build that SliceT suggested is the best in my opinion.
