problem with sims

Hi!

I have got a problem when trying to play my sims 3 on my pc.

It looks like i got a proram missing called ".net framework 3.5 (containing 2.0 and 3.0)"

When windows is trying to install the missing program it likes hangs itself, and i don`t really know what to do now?
