Which cpu should I get?

So I just started thinking of starting a YouTube channel and so I figured that I need a new PC. I picked the gpu, ram, psu, cooling, a case...but I ran in to some trouble. I realised that I don't know which cpu to choose, because i'm more of a Intel fan I wanted to go for Skylake(i7 6700k is kindda budget friendly) but the i7 6800k looks promising. Could you help me decide? That would mean a lot and thanks for your replys.?

For YouTube, I'd think the i7 6700K with its hyperthreading should be perfectly fine for video editing/rendering and such. However, the hexacore i7 6800K would likely beat it out in those applications.

 

So provided that you have the money, the i7 6800K would be my choice. However, the i7 6700K would be fine as an alternative. Also consider the i7 5820K.
