Is my SSD dying?

Today i've got a windows message that told me my drive was dying and i had to backup ASAP.

So i started looking for the issue and this is what i found: http://imgur.com/MLEls9P

Is it really dying? Also a good thing to mention is that the speeds are much lower like 200mb/s below read speeds.

I believe that signalizes that the reserve memory is in use and you should REALLY back-up asap
