Overclocking E8400 with SetFSB help

Am trying to overclock with SetFSB, I can't get beyond 3.2ghz and it just freezes when I go beyond that. Anyone can help?

My setup

Ddr2 800mz kingston

Intel DG41RQ 

E8400

500w

Seems like you've hit the limits of your chip / mobo combo. Sorry, but the answer is "nothing you can do, deal with it".

memory limit? does that board allow you to at least set a manual memory speed?  

 

although a lot of g41 boards are not capable of more than 360-380 fsb
