set up tracking

I just went from a macbook pro to an xps 13 and am loving windows 10. Apple had a laptop tracking thing on icloud and you could see the location when it connects to a wifi service. What i want to know is there a tracking service i can get so i can see the location of it on my phone or another device, thanks.
