i7 5820K overclock temps.

I have an i7 5820K overclocked to 4.4 Ghz with 1.25 volts. Here are my idle temps, I have a H100i Liquid cooler with 120mm fans inside along with a 200mm side intake fan on my Corsair 500R Case. I live in California and its summer time and the temps inside my house right now shows 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I also have a non modular powersupply, maybe that will add to the heat. Is this normal temperatures with the voltage i have set? When I game I reach around 60-70 degrees Celsius. I also want to know if the temps are considered safe to use all day long and if maybe I should try reapplying thermal paste.
