Facebook feed plugin

I'm making a site for a local Swimming club where I live and I want to add their Facebook page feed to the site but the host I'm using (one.com) doesn't allow me to access the 'Javascript SDK' (if it even has one) to include the Facebook page plugin that Facebook offer. 

Does anyone know any alternatives or how to get it onto the site?
