what laptop to buy?

I want a very cheap laptop ( Sub $250) that could fit well in my backpack that i can use when i travel or go to my dads house to watch Netflix, YouTube, surf the web (with multiple tabs open), and maybe do VERY light gaming when i am not around my main rig. the cheaper the better

 

I want to have windows 10, or chrome OS (but i don't know much about it)

Probably a chromebook or HP Stream, not great, but meh for the price.
