CPU-Z,3DMark freezing

Hello everyone,CPU-Z,3DMark  freeze my computer when trying to load,CPU-Z doesnt even open while 3dmark crashes when selecting for the option

 

NO blue screen no minidump

 

please help

 

my pc :-

CPU-i7 6700 with cm seidon 120

mob-h110m-s2 ddr4 

ram-8gb kt hyperx,4gb corsair vengeance =12gb

gpu-msi gtx 1080 fe 8gb

psu-corsair vs 550

ups-intex gamma 1000,(1000va\600w

op-windows 10 pro 64bit not up to date
