Will all quests be fixed in new version of skyrim? 

i know that there are like 7-8 quests.. that are broken as fuck..

I don't know of any quest that are broken right now.

I don't know of any specific quests that are particularly broken, but I've certainly seen lots of quests break at random in Skyrim. I had to force several quests to complete that were blocking progress when I played through the main story.

If you get the unofficial skyrim legendary edition patch, your quests will be fine. Provided you're not breaking the script engine with framerates exceeding 60, that is.

None of the quest break at random.  The quest break when you already have the quest item in your inventory, or when you do quest in a order they're not intended to be done in.  BUT, on the PC we don't have broken quest cause you can just use the command line to reset it.
