Which CPU and MB you reccommend?

Hi, I'm about to built a new PC

Been staring at the i5-6600k($240 at newegg for 2 weeks).

Recently I found an i5-6600K($200 at my near microcenter)

And i7-4930 for $250 which is about same amount as I am willing to pay originally or should I step up to i7-6700K $290.

I spend most of my time playing LOL, Fallout 4, and Adobe Photoshop and Flash.

I am also a bit unsure about the MB too, my eyes are on the Asus z170i Pro gaming and the Asus ROG B150I Pro/... and maybe the Asus Stinger mITX

Of course, I "can" afford it, but like most folks, I rather not if the performance or need is already there.

Been Using i7-930, GTX 560, 6gb ram for 6-7 years, and I was happy

you wont need a i7 for gaming and the 6600k will give you very good upgradability and overclocking performance if you go with the z179i pro, however a 6700k will give you a little more performance and probably last you longer but personally i think the price isnt worth it.
