Fan Adapter cards

Hi guys, where to get Fan Adapter card, instead of Fan Adapter Cable, or it's easier just to swap case with one?

 

I have system I am building system for client and she wants even ram to be vented (operantly heat spreader on Corsair Vengeance LPX Black is not enough) 

 

The motherboard only has 3 fan headers.

That's a fan hub. Like the one you linked, they're basically a large splitter in a different form factor than those that are a web of cables.
