If you will be mostly gaming you don't need overclockable build. Overclocking increases FPS with 10 in new games and with 20-30 in less demanding ones. So don't waste your money on Better PSU, motherboard, "k" processor and watercooling. BTW you don't need more than 650W PSu. Both skylake and especially GTX 1070/80 require very little power.

You can see here what 6700k Overclocked @4.6Ghz gets against non-overclocked.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600, MOBO: MSI Tomahawk B450, RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3000 (2x8 GB), GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Gaming-X Trio, CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S, PSU: Corsair RM 650, HDD: WD Blue 1TB, SSD: Samsung 860 ECO 500GB, CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C

You are still spending a lot of money on a mobo. If you want look, you can go with this mobo and buy a NZXT HUE+.

1) MSI Z17A Krait

2) Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3

3)  MSI Z170A pro gaming

4) ASUS Z170 PRO Gaming

5) MSI Z170A SLI PLUS

One of my friend is using ASUS Z170 pro gaming, he Overclocked his CPU to 4.7GHZ without having any issue. He is using NZXT HUE+ inside his 780T case. His build looks good to me. For a case you can go with NZXT H440, because it has a PSU shroud which helps to hide your PSU and cables coming out of your PSU , But you can't install a DVD writer. If you want to have a DVD writer you can buy an external DVD writer ( no body use DVD writer regularly )

NZXT Hue+

NZXT H440 :

It is available in India ( if you are able to find good retail shop )

In Kolkata , MD computers can bring Hue+ : http://mdcomputers.in/nzxt-hue-plus-smart-rgb-led-controller-with-rgb-led-strip.html

And i don't have any prob. with RMA. In my case MD computers are going to handle every prob. But they will charge you money for that.
