Make sure to get 1080p 144hz or a 1440p 144hz. 60hz is shit. I even suggest the Qnix Qx2710 it can oc to 100hz

Being from NZ I would recommend to get all the components from one place as the cost of shipping will add up quick. The top link is a solid system pre built by the best computer store in New Zealand as per http://pricespy.co.nz/. Also I got the all the parts with my original build from there and had issues which they dealt with in a professional manner. If you do want to build it yourself the parts they have picked would be a good base for you to build off. You could make many alteration to it (if you want any recommendations just ask) . The only thing I would recommend adding is a hdd which would be around $100 for 2tb. The second link is a solid monitor that would pair well with the 1070 and has a 3 year warranty if any issues show. The thrid and 4th link are mouse and keyboard which are really subjective to a point. I have recommended these ones as I have mates with them as they like them alot. I have a Corsair K70 which is great but is probably out of budget.

Yup when 15% is added for goods and services tax, shipping, distributes cut and retailers cut plus exchange rates some components end up 2x the US

I live in Indonesia and the price is not the same as in the US but not that high as like in New Zealand.

Yep as @astrosheen said use Computer Lounge, best prices you'll find. PB Tech is another place you can check but one supplier is nicer.

Shipping to NZ really sucks and costs a lot, we also have a small population so low volume of sales so these contribute to the higher cost. There are a few things I buy on ebay and import but most things, including shipping, are cheaper from Computer Lounge.

I'm not sure they have they best prices. Different stores have different mark ups for each product so an overall build could be the same price but each component could be different. I have a PB tech where I live and I personally wouldn't buy the pre-built systems looking at the builds they have in store. Also PB tech lists there stuff excluding GST as puts the real price in smaller price which is annoying.

True but Computer Lounge price match so all you need to do is find a valid price and your good. Also PB Tech website shows prices in GST now which is WAYYY nicer.

Can't really say much about anyone's pre-built systems as I never buy them. For home I always custom build and anything work related I ever deal with is off the shelf stuff e.g. HP Elite or Z Series.

To be completely truthful if I'm planning a complete system replacement I buy it all locally through InHouse Computers, support and warranty mean more to me than saving a few dollars but I get good prices from them anyway since I buy so much through them. I did have to buy all my EKWB parts directly though and import them but I have an NZ Customs Number so not an issue.

Not that simple. I have been refused price matches in the past. They have the right to say no.
