I am moving into the dorms next year and wanted to build an actual workstation, as well as build my first pc. With the exception of the monitors my build budget is around 700$. My primary use for the pc, will be the usual student stuff, word proccessing, I love watching youtube, and am very much looking forward to 4k media, and want to be prepared for its arrival. I am still unsure whether or not to go 8 or 16 Gbs of ram, and i am not sold on whether i need an extra cpu cooler, although i have found some by be quiet that i have my eye on. I am curios if you guys had any ideas on how to make the build better or more effiecient. I had also considered going with an intel nuc, but, if in the future i did want to buy a graphics card i have the option.
