Hey,

 

I would like to revive my old PC and give her an SSD, what I would not like is purchasing another version of Windows BUT I also don't want to copy any files from the currently installed HDD, because I would like a clean, fresh start. Is there a way to accomplish this. The OS is Windows 7.

Yes, you are keeping the same motherboard so you just need to look up the key for your install, then get an iso for windows 7 from microsoft
