They make a 16 core one and you can put four on a single board to get 64 cores or 128 threads. But it will be crazy expensive, as they can go up to $3000 per cpu and then on top of that you need the board psu case, which will most likely end up being more expensize then the $30,000 7 gamers rig.

If you really want extreme go for the intel xeons with 8 qpi links which means up to eight cpus on a board and got for upwards of $7000 per cpu. Which would end up being $56,000 in just cpu costs.
