So, when I fullscreen a video playing in the chrome browser when chrome itself is fullscreen, the video almost expands all the way. I still see my desktop on the top and left of the video. This only happens on my secondary and third monitors. If i fullscreen the video while chrome is in windowed mode, it fullscreens all the way. My main screen is fine and Firefox doesn't do this. Main monitor is 2560x1440 and other monitors are 1920x1080.

Yep happens to me all of the time. Killing the task seems to temporarily fix it.
