Is this IPS glow and BLB an okay amount?

Just got my Asus pg279Q today, and want some things out of the way. Is this glow and BLB a normal amount, or is it horrible?

That back light bleed is very bad id definitely rma it.

Is that picture with 100% brightness? I took mine with 100% brightness.
