My Blue yeti blackout edition picks up EVERYTHING. My keyboard, my mouse, it even picks up when I pee in my bathroom. I've tried every setting on the mic, with teamspeak, and inside my microphone properties.

I am 100% out of options, all my friends hate when I'm in a call, and I'm 1 step away from just spending the money for a new mic :(

Please help, I have a pop filter, and my Blue Yeti is on this boom arm: https://www.amazon.com/RODE-Swivel-Mount-Studio-Microphone/dp/B001D7UYBO

You have to decrease the gain EXTREMELY low and have it EXTREMELY close to your mouth (as if you are eating it), if you wish to use it as a Voice-Activation/Always-On microphone.

I have Blue Yeti myself, but I gave up using Blue Yeti or any sort of high-end desktop mic and went back to headset (yes, what most audiophiles hate) for the sake of ease of use when it comes to voice chat.

If you are not going to do some fancy recording, or earning money for living with your voice, just use a headset.

Gain was already all the way low :( and the boom arm stands really close to me already

If you absolutely must use Blue Yeti for voice chat (I mean I understand that its really good to brag about how awesome your sound to your friends, as I have done it before), then you will have to do one of the following.

1. Use Push-To-Talk. Its not going to stop all the random sounds while you activate PTT, but at least its going to reduce annoyance that your friends will experience. I nearly choked my friend who initially refused to use PTT with extremely sensitive microphone and living in an extremely noisy environment. After PTT, I do not get as annoyed, and its tolerable.

2. Sound Filter - There are software solutions that does post-processing to remove as much background noise as possible. I have not found any meaningful solution in this category, but from reading online (when I was going through what you are going through now), I saw some people used software solutions that were working ok.

Condenser microphones by default pick up a lot of background noise. This is why I will always recommend buying a dynamic microphone for gaming podcasts. Unfortunately, there are not enough USB dynamic microphones and I think that this is a reason why everyone is buying condensers because there are lots of USB models which are much easier to setup.
I don't know will it help but this software looks promising (http://www.dxatlas.com/vshaper/) . Never tested it since I am mostly working with proper audio interfaces and outboard gear but it has everything that you should need and more. For now just play with gate. Gate will work in a way that it will not pass any sound which is below the threshold. There are no magical settings, you need to tweak it until it will do what you want. In theory, during your speech it will pick up keyboard noise but it will remain silent when you are not speaking.

Play with Gate?

In the software that I've linked for starters don't bother with EQ and compressor, just with noise gate. Put high threshold, start speaking to your microphone and lower it down to a level where the sound of your voice is not interrupted during speaking and the output sound for your microphone is non existent while not speaking.
