u key not working

I have dedced that this is not a hardware problem, as when i plg in my keyboard to my other compter the key works. Ever since i installed frapps, the key has stopped working 

I CANT SE WINDOWS ONSCREEN KEYBOARD FOREVER

OFF TOPIC: I suggest every poll from now on to have "**CK EA" option instead of "Other"
