Can you goto services.msc and take a screenshot of all of them I will be able to decipher it (I hope).

Open taskmanager, then open the "Startup" tab and if it exists you will see it there.

Fixed.

 

1. Make sure the terrible program ('Audio Switcher') is fully uninstalled.

2. Disable it everywhere, in Settings > Notifications as well.

3. Drag the icon to the left of the gap a little bit to the right, The gap will vanish
