No power

I have transported my computer home today. When I got home, I powered it up and waited until the login screen and powered it off to make sure everything was fine from transit. 

 

Now, if I try and turn it on, I get nothing, and I haven't touched it since I tested if it would power on.

 

Any ideas on the issue?

 

Edit: It has previously boot to BIOS without loading windows.

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty 970 Performance/3.1*

CPU: AMD FX 6300 (Stock)*

Cooler: Cooler Master Nepton 240M

GPU1: MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G*

GPU2: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB

RAM: 4x 4GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X(*1/2 is new)

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB

HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB

I did find a jumper in the box it came in, I will remove the 270x and test it tomorrow, as it is too late to work on it today
