any tips on the fans . rumor is that they are loud!!!

o and no is not the third cm690 is the second one

For fans i would get either Fractal Design Venturi HP-14 PWM or Noctua NF-A14 PWM.

And yes i saw that it was the CM 690 II Advanced in the first post.

Get an SSD not a SSHD for the main boot drive.

why?  ssd dont last that much , they are not as relaible as an hhd or sshhd?

Because they are much faster at booting up the pc and loading games/programs. They are very reliable. I would suggest the Samsung 850 EVO.

Trust me you will notice a huge difference if you put windows on an SSD.

SSD for Windows and games/programs that you frequently use. A 250GB SSD is a decent size, but you can go bigger if you have the budget.

Use the larger capacity hard drives for mass storage. So video/photo/music files etc.

OK , question , Wont the constant download of updates(writing in general) of  (steam, windows apps and or browser's) shorten the life of the HDD.

The Samsung 850 EVO has a mean time before failure of 1.5 Million Hours. So in other words it is extremely reliable. The 5 year warranty is also a good indication.

Not sure what the figure is for a standard hard drive, but you don't really have to worry about the lifespan in day to day usage.

Probably the Nepton as a 280mm should perform better than a 240mm. Either would be fine though.
