PS4 wifi connection issues

Earlier today I setup my wifi to be 5ghz only, thinking I was ready, but my ps4 is the one device to be 2.4 ghz only so I reverted aback and everything is fine. Except now the PlayStation doesn't connect anymore, when testing connection it is fine until it checks download speeds and gets 600 or so kilobytes per second, and completely fails the upload test. For reference my pc gets 5 mbps up and down and is on the other side of the house from my router. Any ideas of what to do?
