Hi, so I have one of the latest SSDs from samsung, I was fast at start up but now I wait way way longer for the startup without any change on the drive, it happened after I uninstalled Intel RST due to the system saying that it is not running, so now I cannot find it anywhere (I found one but it was supposed to not be supported by the system).

How long ago did it start happening as i see you posted about having a virus or something.? If it was after the virus then id say it was that rather that RST. RST shouldnt make a difference as the only thing its used for is caching a hdd onto a ssd (which I do) and RAID.

My scans say I dont have a virus, maybe the malbytes was interfering with my resources to the level of everything freezing.

But this happened after I uninstalled the rste, not before, so it shouldnt be it.

Malbytes also found a registry unwanted program which was quaranted , maybe after the quaranty it started to happen. But now that I installed the RSTe (I found an older version on their site) when I shut down it starts very fast but its a bit slower when shuting down, when I restart from windows, it shuts down normally and on the welcome screen I wait way lot longer.

So , thats what happens, I could list you the findings of malbytes if you wish. I did both full and threat scan, with both avira, malbytes and bitdefender.

I listed below the quaranted file.
