Internet Issues D:

Vaesz

Okay Guys I have been facing this problem for a few years and I have finally had enough. My internet on my PC will randomly go out for 10 or 15 seconds. When it goes out I can either wait 10 or so seconds and I reconnect or I can disconnect and then reconnect. Sometimes this issue never occurs but most of the time it happens, and once it happens the first time it repeats the sequence every 10 or so minutes. This occurance also only happens on my PC but none of the other devices in the house. This also happened on my previous PC. Keep in mind that I am on a wireless connection (I think my download speed is around 5-7 mb/s) and when I am using my PC I am usually skyping my buddies and/or playing games such as BF4, Overwatch, etc. I'm really not sure what I should do. If I need to provide more information please ask so I can fix this gaming nightmare.

Thanks.

Think you should get a new router. I think your router keeps resting because it couldn't handle the load of bandwidth. No sure if thats the problem. Thats what i think

Sounds like RF interference to me. Get a wifi channel analyzer and ensure your wifi channel is broadcasting on the cleanest channel, 1, 6, or 11. Also, some items like RC cars, garage door openers, Microwaves etc can emit the interference causing the descriptions you are saying.  This is because the 2.4ghz spectrum is unlicensed so anyone can use it.

Or since it is only happening to you, your wifi adapter is going bad.
