Don't pick either. Wait for the Rx 470.

Wait.  Seriously.

See what the 1060 will be like.  I have a feeling it will be slightly above the 980's performance and pricing to be around $200 - $250.

If I had to guess, the 1050 will probably be between the 960 and 970's performance for around $150.

 

However, the 950 is not a bad card.  If you can get it for about $100 then it's not a bad deal.  A 960 is also a decent card for not a penny more than $140.

 

I would think twice about anything less than the 480 from AMD:
