Never said it did(did you even read the post?)

How is it flawed?

Somehow the RMi is worst than the G2 even though they have very similar performance and build quality and the RMi has a better fan and is quieter. The the current TR2 isn't a bomb, in fact its not listed which specific one to avoid. It lumps all of the CX series together, the new ones are fairly good. It has the NexB1 in it somehow even though its lacking a proper review.  It doesn't differentiate between the Capstone and the Capstone G, the G one is far worst.  The RM series definitely need split up since not all of them are equal. It also has all of the GS series together, the 550 and 650 watt one are on a different platform than the 850 and 1050 watt one. Also the 400 watt nothing Evga W1 PSU isn't near as bad as Logsyis units. The 750 watt GQ iirc is worst than the others so that needs to be split up.   I'm sure I can easily find more flaws.

My bad. I mean the same performance. And there are three versions of the CX and the CXM. So basically 6 PSU groups are one.

Hmm, when you say three versions, you mean past discontinued models as well?

There's the Seasonic S12II based CX400; DSA based CX430-600 v1 and v2 (where the v2 has the bridge rectifier updated); the DSA-III based 430-600 V3 / M (bronze rated, higher rated 12V rail, updated primary cap as the previous versions had reported failures); the PUQ-B based 750 - 850 / M models.

The newly updated CX450-650M (custom - same platform as the German version Vengeance as recently review at JG but isn't a multi-rail unit and the AVL for the capacitors also included Taiwanese and Chinese with Japanese). The 750-850 / M models are still the same platform but have been updated (larger bridge rectifier, 40C, fully black cables, 5 year warranty, etc).

Depending on which model you are talking about, they don't have the same performance or even what even can be consider comparable - like the CX430-600 models would be inferior in that category than the CSM.

Eh, the forum itself is pretty well informed on PSUs (meaning they won't recommend EVGA 500Bs for every build) and there are several PSU enthusiasts that stalk the 'Cases and Power Supplies' category regularly to ensure that people are making the right choice.

Although I'll agree that the PSU tier list is arbitrary and it needs a major revision.

'Fanboyism is stupid' - someone on this forum.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Please ask me because as I have seen, some users are recommending blindly.

Any PSUs you'd like to add to the PSU whitelist in my sig that has a pretty huge following after Aniallation abandoned the forum and has yet to update the PSU tier list since?

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

There are some mistakes on your "Whitelist", a major one being it is just a PSU list. Just a list. No specific purpose as there are "Whitelisted" and "Blacklisted" units on the same list.

Most of the blacklisted ones are fairly common which is why I advise against them.

Well that thread is a little confusing to. There are companies with no units.

What...? Which ones? Make sure to click on the spoilers.

Just a confusing guide.

How so though...? It lists each brand and has the units by series (by and large) and individual units.

It is vague on what units are good and what aren't.

Also Ultra PSUs have been irrelevant and outdated for years now.

It definitely isn't vague...? It says outright whether or not a unit is good or a collection of units is good. I don't get where you're coming from but OK.

The Seasonic M12 is an old group regulated design and is still plenty relevant. Not sure how the halfway decent Ultra units that have a lifetime warranty aren't relevant. The list isn't just new PSUs either as it's a whitelist for people to check their own PSU to see if it's on there. Not meant to have the latest and greatest on there, I mean look at some of the Antec units.
