"Till I started replacing wires" there's probably your problem. Check to make sure that they're not broken.

 

Can you get an image without your graphics card using the integrated graphics?

If you have done something to the wiring and the moving of said wires, make sure you plugged them all in properly

Put everything back and it still does the same thing.

 

Reseat card. Try in another system. What PSU are you running?

This happened to me one time - if everything IN the system looks ok, are you sure the display is still ok? I had one die on me while working on a computer. Two hours later and happen to grab another monitor and presto...

everything look fine. Monitor work,graphic card fan is running,ssd green light is on.

I try two different monitor,try different display port,switch gfc to other pci slot,use different connectors. Nada

Dead card? RMA?

put old cpu back in and it worked. Think I have a defect cpu.

 

That's a possible reason, try to RMA.

I got a another new 8350 and it still does the same. my motherboard should be compatible with this possessor.
