hay what do you guys think about my build

It's very, very unbalanced. i7 6700 on a Z170 with a 280mm AIO cooler? A extremely expensive motherboard yet you only went for two GTX 960s (one stronger card is always better than two weaker ones)? 32GB of RAM is way too much and the PSU is mediocre at best.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Why are you getting a locked CPU (6700) with a Z motherboard?

Why get two 960's with the 1070 right around the corner?

If you are trying to go very high end, get the 6700k.  If not, there's a lot of stuff that could be toned down here.

I would step the motherboard down to something in the $150 - $200 range, get the 6700k, a GTX 1070, 16 GB of RAM, and drop the extra case fans, at least for now.  The rest looks good more or less.

The case should come with enough fans.  Get more later if it seems like you need it, but I don't think you'll need much since only the GPU (and maybe not even that) will be internally vented.

I didn't even notice that... yes you should absolutely be using DDR4 with a 6700k
