Ark Moding (PC VERSION)

Was thinking, with the release of the Tapejara for xbox (i think thats where its at) and it makes it so you can have two riders AND both riders and fire while flying (from what ive read and heard)

For moding, i was wondering if anyone thought about the idea of a Quetzalcoatlus to have similar attributes, like being able to fire without having to jump off the saddle, or even 2 or 3 spaces for other to ride on, like to diploticus that was in recent PC updates with the 10 person saddle. Would it be very hard to make a mod for that?
