Msi rma experience?

In UK, had to send back a GTX 780 Gaming OC twice

Send it to MSI after loads of driver errors ect, 5 weeks later get back card and literally blows up in 2 weeks. Send it off again, wait 6 weeks and recieve a GTX 970.

Can I complain? Yes, I do not like waiting unreal amounts but I did get a minor upgrade for free so its not all too bad
