HP Upgrade

I bought an HP desktop from BestBuy back in January for 300 dollars so I just plugged in the computer and started using it I recently opened it to clean out dust and noticed that it had a mini motherboard with no PCI-E ports or any graphics cards so I at first just wanted to upgrade parts of the computer but know I have to buy a motherboard I am planning to add a gtx 950 and an AMD CPU that I haven't decided on yet any suggestions on a good quality cheap motherboard must connect to the internet through wifi
