Hotspot Shield problems

I am encountering a few problems when I am trying to set up hotspot shield.

 

When I try to install HSS it just doensn't work, I had antivirus disabled. The VPN TAP driver isn't installing correctly and when I start up HSS there pops up a sign, where you can "fix the problem" but that also doesn't work.

 

Please help me I have searched the internet for days but have not found anything useful.
