Normal CPU and GPU Temps?

Hello,

 

I'm not completely sure if my CPU and GPU temps are normal. I have an i7 6700K and a GeForce GTX 970 (4GB) and while playing CS:GO at 1080p maxed out, I get around 298 FPS. My CPU gets to 40C(highest) and the GPU to 69C(highest.) The CPU is cooled by an NZXT Kraken X61 280mm. Please let me know if these are normal temps. By the way, the ambient temp is around 75F.

CS:GO doesnt really need much horsepower. Whats about temps while benchmarking?
