The output of the tool would list all of the servicing components where the security permissions restricted the TrustedInstaller.  As a result, when you try to install updates for Windows, you would obtain the error 0x80070005 – also known as ACCESS DENIED.  In summary, it is the TrustedInstaller that has been denied of access to a component that it should have access to.

Personally, I'd reinstall Windows.  I'm willing to bet on some kind of software conflict.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

is it possible to re install windows without need to install windows desktop applications ?

The applications ( Android Studio/VS 2015 Community Edition ) are freaking huge .. and the windows installer does not allow to have two setup programs   installing ..

i re installed windwos at 18/5/2016 :(

Also how ican find what software is conflicting with windows update  how i can find which one is ?

That's kinda the whole idea behind doing a clean install is because I couldn't begin to tell you what is conflicting with Windows Update.  You'll have to figure that out on your own.
