1070 vs Gigabyte 980 Ti G1 Gaming?

I know that a 1070 is slightly faster than a Titan X and that a stock 980 Ti is slightly slower than a Titan X.  However, the Gigabyte 980 Ti G1 Gaming benchmarks show it to be faster than a Titan X by 5+ FPS in most 1440p benchmarks, and that's just running the card in it's factory OC mode before any user OC.

 

Anyone know how a 1070 will stack up against a Gigabyte 980 Ti G1 Gaming?

OC'ed 980ti will probably win... but i guess it's like +/-5%

I already have a Gigabyte 980 Ti G1 Gaming, wondering if it's worth selling and getting an OC'ed version of the 1070 once they are out.
