Missing Temp File Help!

So I ran Windows disk cleaner or whatever it is called to get more space so i can install windows 10 from windows 7 and seen there was a 2GB one so i checked it and it was the temp cleared it no issues until i rebooted later and it said something along these lines "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp/(file name) was lost". But i can still launch in safe mode just fine. please help!

Anything in that directory can be safely removed without hurting anything.  That's why the tool gives you the option to clear its contents :)
