Secure VirtualBox Help

I'm looking to do some (potentially dangerous program) testing in Linux Mint and I want to use a virtual machine, but first I want to make sure that it's completely safe and not connected to my PC or network in any way that could be a security issue. If anyone here is good with virtualization could you please tell me if my setup is ok or if you need more info. Host machine is Windows 10.

Goal: Guest OS has no connection to Host PC or local network

Make sure there is no network connection the between the host and the vm, you should be good after that.
